The newly formed company includes leading monitoring companies Netwatch (Ireland), NMC (United States), CalAtlantic (United States) and Onwatch (United Kingdom); with the backing of Private Equity firm Riverside.
The new group protects hundreds of thousands of sites in the United States, United Kingdom, Europe, Middle East and Africa in a wide variety of industries. The company will continue to invest heavily in R&D and develop the proprietary Netwatch technology to deliver its industry leading services.
